Passalacqua
The Malta side of our operation traces its origins to what was the first TIR trailer service in Malta back in the early 1970s.
Kevin Attard, who leads the Malta team, began his career in the family business, which at the time was the agent for the Dutch overland carrier ‘Combinatie bv’. On January 1st, 1995, he founded Customs & Freight Agency Ltd., which in 2008 began collaborating with Passalacqua Trasporti, evolving into today’s partnership.
Passalacqua in Italy operates 12 branches across Italy and Sicily, with Ragusa serving as the organization’s head office. The company was founded by Passalacqua Francesco in 1977, expanding to Catania and Palermo by 1986, and subsequently throughout the Italian peninsula, with Mr. Gianstefano Passalacqua at its helm.
After 14 years of productive cooperation, the Malta and Italy teams joined forces under the renowned Passalacqua banner, providing an even more formidable service to their ever-growing client base.

We are proud to introduce SEBA Ltd, the latest addition to the Attard Holdings Group. Established to meet the growing needs of our expanding enterprise, SEBA Ltd provides dedicated in-house logistics support to all subsidiary companies within the group – a service that was previously outsourced to external providers.
